RESIDENCY AT DOXA CHURCH
WHAT IS RESIDENCY?
Doxa ministry residency is a two year full-time ministry program. Residents are involved in key areas of ministry, getting hands-on experience, coaching, and discipleship. Residents are fully supported through fundraising, allowing our church to create more opportunities for up-and-coming staff and allowing residents to build a team who are praying for and supporting them.
Residency is designed to help you discern a calling to ministry and develop toward whatever God has for you. By the end of the two years, residents will have a better understanding of how they’re gifted and wired, and whether full time ministry is a good fit for them. Throughout the residency there will be opportunities to try different aspects of ministry work while making an impact for the Gospel.
