On Sunday March 31st at 10am we will be celebrating Easter at the Alliant Energy Center in Exhibition Hall A (2 minutes away from Doxa):

Easter Sunday is the celebration of the biggest moment in the history of the world; the resurrection of Jesus. As we celebrate this, we love the idea of having our entire church family worshiping all together during one service (instead of 3 services). By gathering in a bigger space for this Sunday, we can ensure that we have plenty of space for everyone who would like to join us for our service. We love that this space is also 2 minutes away from Doxa!

Our service will be very similar to what we do every Sunday at Doxa, just everyone together in one room! You can plan for about a 75-minute service that includes worship through singing, teaching from the Bible, and baptisms.

Yes! Childcare will be provided for Newborns–3 years old. Please see the next section for more information on childcare.

We would suggest arriving at the venue by 9:40 in order to have plenty of time to park, check-in kids (if needed) and find your seat before we start promptly at 10am

Free parking will be available right in front of the Exhibition Hall. You will enter through Fairgrounds Dr. west off Rimrock. We will have plenty of signage to help you know where you should go.

Absolutely! One of the benefits of using this space is that we will have enough room for whoever wants to come, so please invite your friends, family, neighbors, etc. Everyone is welcome to join us!

While we love serving you coffee on Sundays at Doxa, we will not be serving coffee at this service. You are more than welcome to bring your own from home or pick up something on your way and bring it with!

Yes, we will have childcare available for newborns–3 years old. The Doxa elders and staff, along with a contracted, professional childcare provider will be leading and caring for our Doxa kids.

With only having one service, our Doxa Kids volunteers would miss our Easter gathering if they were serving in kids rooms. One of the primary goals of this event is to bring together all of the Doxa family in one service, including our usual, amazing Doxa Kids volunteers. Therefore, hiring a professional childcare service (with background checked, trained, and vetted providers) is the best way to ensure that all Doxa Church members are able to attend the celebration. Our Doxa elders and staff will be in each room, leading the kids' time.

Yes! We will have the same check in system setup for you to check in your children 0-3yrs of age.

We’re excited to have everyone all together, so we know we’ll have a lot of kiddos in the service as well. All children, ages 4 and up, are invited to attend this service. If needed, feel free to bring your own busy bags/snacks for your children. In addition, we will have a small activity/gift bag for children ages 4 and up, upon entering the exhibition hall. We will also have a Family Room with a video feed outside the auditorium doors, should families need to exit the service with their children. This room will be available for families to enter at any time ensuring they can still participate in the service.
